wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Arraez with an immediate response. I like that.

wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Polanco with an even better, yet not quite as immediate, response! I like that as well!

SwainZag Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Lol. That girl behind the fence almost took that Polo HR right to the face. She was watching Sheets jump and seemed to never even see the ball until it pounded the concrete right next to her.

nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Dang it Buxton, weren't you watching? You hit it too hard! Hit them like a pitching wedge today!

This kind of response after two walkoff losses is magnificent...and something to keep in mind regardless of the slumps or bad losses yet to come. I repeat: dauntless. And that confidence is percolating through the whole lineup now, even with Byron in a hitting slump.

SwainZag Community Moderator Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Motor City Kitties just finished off the 4 game sweep of the Guardians. I think Cleveland might have sacrificed everything on those 4 improbable comeback wins against our boys.

Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Pagan in the 5th? Weird. Probably better than him in the 8th or 9th.

IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted July 6, 2022 Posted July 6, 2022 Arraez leads MLB in hitting. And is one of the lowest on the team in hard-hit ball percentage. I think there might be something learnable there.

And positive attitude seems legit over a large sample size now.
