Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I’m not giving Gibson the win if I’m the scorer. But I’m also biased and mad
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 And now we need our bullpen again. in playl, run(s) please

tvagle Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Wrong Marnie Show stopper for the night Gibbler the Nibbler
Blake Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I actually played softball tonight for the first time in around 8 years. I'm 54 years old... I Pulled a hamstring but made it home just in time to see Sano hit one out. Don't tell me I don't have my eye black on. I'm a gamer. Yeah, well, I don't think that's eye black. After a certain age, dark circles under the eyes tend become standard equipment.
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I can already tell you that putting on my socks tomorrow morning will be the worst part of my day tomorrow. ... you hope.
bighat Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Pretty embarrassing night for Gibby and another disaster for the Twins pitching staff. C'mon offense! Get us over the hump here. Falvine...WHEN, ALREADY!
jorgenswest Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Gibson outpitched German. Perez outpitched Sabathia. Bullpen will be critical in the playoffs.
Han Joelo Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Talk about a jinxer. I muted it and walked away up 3-2, but right after the Gibbler escaped the bases loaded jam. Came back and its 8-2, and then think to myself, "a three-run homer here makes it a close game." Arrgh! Gibson has the stench of those teams that always lost to the Yankees. Begone!
TribeAZ13 Provisional Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Tito is the best manager in baseball but he pulled Cimber with 2 outs to bring in our worst reliever, and now game over...itss like we tried to lose
tvagle Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Roy "this will be just like a heavyweight fight" He must have read RB's impending sock battle
TribeAZ13 Provisional Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Eff this...Thanks hand, thanks tito...im disgusted. Night all

tvagle Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Original Roy post: Roy "this will be just like a heavyweight fight" Yup...won't be over until midnight
Blake Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Not a CBU update: Jays, two on, two out, runner on third, bottom of the tenth. Tied with Cleveland 1-1. And the Jays walk off Cleveland!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Gibson outpitched German. Perez outpitched Sabathia.Bullpen will be critical in the playoffs.Outpitched in what regard? All 4 were duds.
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Yup, reluctant to pull Gibson til he finished5 innings cost us as I figured. I could see that 3 run shot coming.
HawksNest Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 In all seriousness, you probably shouldn't have to worry a TON about a 3 run lead heading into the 6th inning (we'll see how this half inning goes) but the Yankees+our bullpen just scare the beejeezus out of me.
