Good takes by Buxton on some outside crap, up until that last one. Visible progress over last year.

oh byron

It's difficult to lay off with 2 strikes. Last year he was putting himself in an 0-1 hole too many times.

I see by looking at likes that Dozier's Glorious Hair is here. In light of roster changes perhaps the name should be changed to Astudillo's Glorious Hair.

I like that Buxton laid off the first 3 pitches outside, but he let a fastball down the middle go by... that was his pitch.

I'm sure he was told to take that pitch no matter what.

So you must also feel that I should change my profile pic?

So when you're in trouble don't give in and turn sour.

Try to rely on your Turtle Power.

I don't get that.  2 outs, bottom of the order, runner on second.

Buxton can kill fast balls. I'd have given him the green light there.

Not sure about the strategy, but Buxton's body language sure looked like he was never going to swing at that pitch.

Does clicking Like on both these statements make me a bad person? :)

Pretty nifty catch in the stands by Jake Bauers.

After he caught it, did he clutch it in both hands and yell "Tell me where the bomb is!!!"?

Wait, never mind, I'm thinking of his bro Jack.
