Dozier still reaches out to the trailing bent leg to tag the stealing runner, and still doesn't leave the glove on the runner but shows it to the ump. Some just don't evolve. Garver had the throw there in plenty of time. Dozier was lucky to get the out.

Did I hallucinate a time where Magill wasn't on the team?

 

Every time they tell us Magill is warming up, I catch myself hoping for a second that Tess from Working Girl is about to make another attention-grabbing entrance, but no luck so far.

Holy crap... was watching the Reds and Indians game... turned it off after Reds blew another rally in the 7th trailing 4-0

Just saw now that they won 7-4... nice

I've found the perfect combination of volume and white noise that allows me to only hear the play-by-play and no color ... I call it Verducc-away.

Rosario...of all peeps...works a count take a walk to "Keep the Line Moving" and Doze jumps out front, rolls over, tries to pull the outside pitch and if Moose was aggressive might have had a triple play

 

Dozier trade value takes a hit

Bauer had thrown 111 pitches through 8. Two relievers threw 41 to get through the 9th.

Well, against the odds, Belisle is getting outs. I still don't really see his purpose on this team as I'd rather see younger relievers take these innings... unless they plan on having him on next year's roster? Hopefully not.
