Oof, another XBH. We're gonna be seeing Magill pretty soon.

 

Yeah. That's his only potential path to the majors. No velocity, no spin, no movement as a starter.

We sent down Romero for this guy? Romero has the way higher ceiling. This season is shot, let the young (actually good) guys play.

Well, they sent him down for a reliever, then Mejia, then Slegers. But your point is correct, it's time to get him back up here. He'll be better than Odorizzi and Lynn, that's for sure.

 

Oh, and the Royals haven't scored 6 or more runs in a game in the last 30 games?! Holy cow, this team's bad. Too bad we've got to burn our bullpen against them.

Slegers probably going down after the game for Duffey.  That's my call.  Then Duffey will get sent down for whoever lines up for the Sunday start from Littell, Romero or Mejia.
