Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 I'll take a LoMo walkoff for 500, Alex
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 The mobile version of FSN currently has the definition of the scrambled Cinimax I tried to watch as a youngster at midnight. Did Adrianza just chuck the ball into the dugout for some reason?
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Enjoy it while it lasts. At this usage rate he'll be done by August.June
TFRazor Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 What is it with us blowing big leads to the Astros?
ThejacKmp Provisional Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 All right, let's get this in the 9th. Time for Logan Morrison to walk us off.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 I wonder if 8 is enough? http://2ley7l42nt9s3jvzio2zneqa.wpengine.netdna-cdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/00722_00797.jpg
TFRazor Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Well, it wouldn't hurt if Rodney wouldn't walk guys.Walking Gonzalez was completely inexcusable. If he beats you fine but don't beat yourself
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 I have a feeling Rodney as the closer will be an issue the entire year. Just a hunch.
gocgo Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Gotta win this one now because their bullpen beats our bullpen.
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Mauer makes that play Said the same thing when it skittered by Morrison. But the manager is so scared of putting the DH in the game no matter what it does to your defensive alignment. Hell, put Sano at first and get his bat in the game.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 If we hold Houston to 8, we can't lose.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 You can chalk this up to Molitor refusing to use his best reliever when the situation called for it. And Mauer's lack of RBI-ness, of course. I'm only half kidding on Mauer.Using Addison Reed to save the 7th inning and bridge the 8th was the right call. Without him, Rodney probably doesn't get a chance at a save in the 9th inning.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Game tied on a DP ball. Sheesh. Bonus baseball! Yaaaaaaaayy!!!

LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Release Rodney. Like just from the team, or... all the way?
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Gotta win this one now because their bullpen beats our bullpen.Their everything beats our everything, to be fair.
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Those Twins who have been shifted against in this series should be laughed at for their arrogance and incompetence in not taking the easy base hit by bunting it down the 3B line. Bunts may not be sexy but they can get the job done if placed right and they're basically giving you the single.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 I've been holding out hope for Morrison, but he had like 5 pitches to hit that AB, and hit none of them.
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 If we hold Houston to 8, we can't lose. Baseball hasn't seen a tie in awhile I suppose.
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 They blew an 8-1 lead. I'm thinking the time to use Reed was when they still had a good chunk of that. He’s already pitched WAY too much this year. It isn’t Paul Molitor’s fault that no one else is capable of getting outs. Keep using Reed 2 innings every other day and see how long it takes for his arm to fall off.
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted April 11, 2018 Posted April 11, 2018 Their everything beats our everything, to be fair. I'll take our beer selection. A craft beer in Texas is just a Shiner Bock.

It isn’t Paul Molitor’s fault that no one else is capable of getting outs.Keep using Reed 2 innings every other day and see how long it takes for his arm to fall off. They used him anyway. It wasn't a question of if, it was a question of when. So yeah, this was ENTIRELY on Molitor.

I was sort of hoping that Sundown from Top Gun would meet him at the dugout stairs and yell "What do you mean, 'It didn't look good'? It doesn't get to look any better than that!" http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_0uhbIuTPI5k/SUnSihDxzkI/AAAAAAAAABk/FGNFSpJo5e8/s320/sundown_205.jpg
