sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 tea? Really? Is that where it same from?Perhaps not. But as good a theory as any, and i suppose it was just a way of asking anyone out there who knows better to enlighten us. There is however a large portion of the world that take their tea time rather seriously. And some of them take tee time seriously too, as links can get crouded.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 I often refer to dinner reservations as tee times. My wife just continues to roll her eyes...

cmoss84 Verified Member Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 I saw Wells pitched 2 perfect innings for Australia against Japan and somehow got a blown save out of it? How does that work? I have never seen that guy pitch-he must be a very different prospect. Sorry if this is the wrong thread-just seems like the place to be.

In game threads, it is generally frowned upon to stick to the subject at hand. It's part of the TD style guide.

She might try to trade you for the model that has a "better" sense of humor.

He didn't start the inning. Save blowing runner was on base when he came in, and scored on something not imperfect such as a ground out. What do i get for guessing?

As a newer addition to the board-- it's good to see these types of boardisms being passed on. So it's sort of like my Aunt's book club where they basically just get together each week and drink wine and if the book doesn't get brought up-- no one cares?

GP830 Verified Member Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Jake Reed, Aaron Slegers, Alex Wimmers and Drew Rucinski have been assigned to pitch for Team USAWhat a resume piece for these boys! Proudly representing your home country because your country's team didn't want to use any of it's actual assets against your actual team. Wow!

Last season (and much of 2012, 2013 and 2014), it was usually preferable if the game did not get brought up at all.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted March 8, 2017 Posted March 8, 2017 Pretty realistic actual lineup there....I was going to say the same thing followed by a hmmm ... but not sure about the 3 in the middle if I'd have them in that order ... but mostly, yeah.

I'm not sure I see him in the 4 spot, but I'd love to see Berlin Bonds prove me wrong...
