DJ Baxendale most likely played his last game in the Twins org 7 year Minor Leaguer with a 2.9 AAA era even as he was switched back and forth from the bullpen and spot starts 2 time AA All-Star Tana should have seen what they had with a big league opportunity He’ll pitch in the big leagues with some one next year
  5. Gagne Fan
Baxendale walked 2 not the 4 you reported

You failed to mention that the winds were gusting 53 mph out at Frontier Field tu stsrt the game. Routine fly balls were blown all over the field and out of the park Not the best conditions to pitch in

So a guy with a current 5.52 era in AAA is better than our current AAA pitchers who all have era’s below 2 Sleegers, Curtis, Baxendale, Magill All these guys should be pissed
  16. Gagne Fan
Why would we want a pitcher that a contending team didn’t want ???? We already proved we didn’t think he was good enough to help us by not protecting him. Why would we take him back now

Let’s try someone who has been successful in the highest level of the minor league who has not already failed in the Big Leagues Recycling guys like Duffey, Busenitz + Moya is not the answer

Not sure where you are getting the 0-5 but LaMarre went 2-3 in his Red Wings debut tonight
