Game Thread: Twins @ O's 6:05 CDT

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Someone needs to tell Dozier and Sano these games matter..

Done. Just sent them a text.

[Craig Arko]

Fun game threads are fun. Winning fun game threads are like chocolate cake. With Kahlua.

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

This will be my first game thread of the year, and I want to point out that when I participated last year, we were well over 500, so I am confident that things will turn around tonight.

Like, 2-1, .667 pct?

[Foghorn Leghorn]

Thanks!

A round of applause for Willihammer's great game thread intro work, getting us off to a great 2016 start!

[Boom Boom]

Mollie looks to be panicking early by switching the batting order and taking Sano off the field.

Danny Santana battind 2nd and starting in right field... in the third game... with no injuries... something is very wrong.

God bless you, sir.

Which we shall call forevermore, The Big Clap.

Doesn't Mollie have a phone ban two hours before the game? You need to get down there in person as fast as you can --- Twins fans world wide are counting on you.

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Which we shall call forevermore, The Big Clap.

I am in awe. I hope a can get The Big Clap from a game thread intro of mine sometime.

Game is almost here to. What, 10 minutes or so?

What with the simple math earlier in the thread, i figured i would point out that there is an i in complex math, but it is imaginary...

[Brock Beauchamp]

What happens if I throw a challenge flag?

You are issued a flagrant and spend 46 seconds in the penalty box.

[USAFChief]

You are issued a flagrant and spend 46 seconds in the penalty box.

Reminds me of last night.

I issued a fragrant.  Mrs Chief sent me to the penalty box, too.

[USAFChief]

First inning runs would be nice.

[mnsportsgeek]

First inning runs would be nice.

Wait, you mean we're allowed to score first?

[Foghorn Leghorn]

Dozier has been terrible, wow.

[jimmer]

THAT is bunting for a hit.

[big dog]

Sweet bunt!

I'm sure a medical professional would strongly caution you against the acquisition of something called The Big Clap.

[USAFChief]

Wait, you mean we're allowed to score first?

I'm not sure, hoping for confirmation.

[Brock Beauchamp]

I'm not sure, hoping for confirmation.

And?

[mnsportsgeek]

I'm not sure, hoping for confirmation.

I think Joe gave it to you! Wow.

[Cap'n Piranha]

Hooray for Joe, dammit for DanSan's CS.

[big dog]

Wow, that was a close play.  Disappointing.
