There are 720 MLB players at any given time. Their athleticism and expertise makes them unique in ways that very, very few professions can match. The excellence and specialization of MLB players is pretty amazing. True baseball fans can appreciate the skills. My 10th grade baseball players were in awe of how good major leaguers were at baseball.

I agree Bell‘s been a disappointment, but if you look at the Twins stats, he’s second in RBIs tied for the lead in doubles is one of the top four in hits, and runs. He’s only hitting .228 because he hardly ever walks. The idea that they had of playing him at first base is hard to fathom. He has been known as a no field first baseman his whole career.

Absolutely! I understand being frustrated by the front office, but these guys are some of the best of the best. They may not always win, but that’s not for lack of trying.

We need to start picking from the top or even middle of the best of the best and not the bottom.

Almost feel bad for Outnan…. but I can’t. Not sure what the FO saw and continues to see in him. It just shows what a difference AAA pitching is, even he could light it up down there.
