    If scores hold the way they are right now today it would be the second straight day that the White Sox are the only team that won a game in our division. Could’ve made some hay if we’ve done something here at Pittsburgh, but of course there’s plenty of reasons why we didn’t.

    You can go 50 games without seeing a catchers interference, and there have been three of them by Twins catchers this weekend.

    Paredes is a perfect addition to the bullpen. Comes right in and very efficiently walks a guy on four pitches.

    It’s nice that Buxton gets a day off to rest. I’m sure DH is very tiring. Or at least it would be if you get on base very often unlike what Buxton has done as a DH.

    Lucky we missed Skenes on this trip. He would’ve no-hit us, and struck out 20.

    Of course It’s painful being a Twins fan this year, but can you imagine if you were a Tiger or a Royals fan this year. Twins are 5-6 games ahead of both of them. They were both supposed to be pretty good, and I think a rebound is not too likely for either team this year.
