It really is incredible James Outman had a 3.4 bWAR season playing full time once upon a time.

He was good when the Twins were in 2023. Got some ROTY votes and everything.

Wallner is seeing his MLB career come to a close pretty soon.

But he is the pride of Forest Lake!  He's a Minnesotan so he will need at least another half dozen chances after they finally DFA Outman!

50 percent strikeout rate and solo homeruns  , what good is he , his defensive strong arm isn't enough to keep him ...

3-5 is right where we belong.

Gleeman:

Rays 7, Twins 1.

Twins have a 3-5 record through eight games for the third straight season and the fourth time in five years.

But can we maintain that ???

This team is definitely worse than last year , maybe warmer weather will help , one can dream ...

His defensive strong arm is a myth; he had a runner nailed at home, except his throw was 15 off the mark.

I would concur , never have seen an accurate arm , I was kind of sarcastic trying to find something good to say ...

His MLB career isn't close to over, the Twins are gonna give him a lot more rope, and even when they eventually cut bait, his profile is the right kind for other teams to swoop in as a reclamation project because "look at his OPS!"

His career has gone down in the tank quicker than Miguel Sano.
