Checking the starting lineups--one of the most obscure ex-Twins currently in the majors is hitting second for the Snakes. Ildemaro Vargas was in 10 games and got 24PAs for the Twins in the shortened 2020 season.

What do you mean by the term game? Something is happening tonight?

I just saw Twilight Zone is back on Amazon Prime. Season 1 Episode 1’s title is my question.

"Welcome to Major League Baseball . . . sort of"

There will be nine innings of something between the Twins and DBacks

Not funny but perhaps hypocritical.  Harmon Killebrew.

Has Harm and Kill in his name and was seemingly a nice and rather reserved man.

I have a friend who named her son, Harmon, after Killebrew. His best friend in preschool was named Tony. She was really hoping they'd be lifelong friends much like our beloved Twins greats

Does anyone have a bar that players should reach as a hitter? We can consider that the bar includes below average defense. Is it .220? .250? .700 OPS? .750 OPS? What should e expect from our position players at the plate or is that not worth thinking about?

Just checked in before it's off to the rugby again--  yeesh, those blue PJs again.  It's like insult to injury.  🤮  Looks like they should be playing the Wednesday night slopitch beer league for Sal's Carpet Mart.

If he is a Twins player, he should be capable of pitching in the 9th inning lopsided game.

Horrible to see Tarik Skubal get hurt. He's cocky and irritating with his gestures but has earned the right to do whatever he likes.

Side tightness.. hope he's ok.

If you're a below average defender you need to be an above average hitter.  I think WAR is a useful tool.  But also some guys just have a little "it" that makes them more valuable than their raw numbers.
