Fitzgerald has only been exposed to Rocco for a handful of games so he hustled.  In a week or 2 he will catch on to there being no need to hustle in Rocco world.

As for Lewis, I wonder if his mechanics are messed up from being rushed back from the IL twice.  I know we are talking a long time since his last IL stint.  I would guess that he adjusted his mechanics to compensate for the fact that he probably wasn't 100% when he came back from the IL.  If those poor mechanics are still prevalent in his at bats, it could be an explanation on why he is still struggling even though he has been given a long run at 3B this season.

Trying to pull pitches that land in the lefthand batters box is not mechanical. It seems that all that early homerun success went to his head. He's become a muscle bound Mendoza-line non-hitter at best. I'm no expert but judging by his attempts to pull absolutely every pitch he sees tells me its all in his head. It's so sad to watch. Also, the coaches have a big role in Royce's downward spiral. Shame on them
