In his defense, he spent the day at the hotel saying goodbye and thanking traded players; reassuring remaining staff.

But it's not a lost season for you Joe Ryan if you continue to focus and pitch your game and work towards a Cy young award  ...

You need to find ways to motivate the players that remain after the deadline  ...

The new players are just happy to be here and playing ...
