Am I just too old-fashioned, or is hitting behind the runner a thing of the past now?

Are these kids today just hitting in FRONT of the runner to be ironic? 🤔

This analyst koombaya would make for a great alternate broadcast option

Team confirmed he was sent home early yesterday to not get anyone else sick.

Totally missed that

Tonight is definitely better than last night.  Morneau may have better timing or just more experience in the booth to listen to the production guys in the truck.  I could listen to this on an extended basis.

I’ve been praising the broadcast tonight…and a big reason for that beyond the behind the scenes stuff is Audra Martin doing heavy lifting tonight. She could be a fill-in during a game no question

I had honestly thought that when Marney Gellner was in Audra's spot and was given a chance to call a couple of spring training games.  It just didn't work out for Marney in terms of staying with the Twins.

Last night turned into a bit of a Lopez interview...being a fan...I like hearing about their memories...and it was the first time that I saw the PLouffe video..😆

Yeah I tend to not get too enamored with professional athletes. Many of them are people i wouldn’t cross the street to say hello to

I ran into Jack Morris in the Minneapolis airport…….this was after he had retired and was doing color for the Twins and asked him to sign for me. Figured he would bite my head off, but he signed.

Maybe helped that I called him Mr. Morris!😀

Sabato is pushing him right now. SERIOUSLY.....

Given how much rope this team has given struggling vets, I doubt it. And France has earned some rope with the highlights he's made in the first half of this season compared to other lame duck vets of the past.

I haven't seen the hit charts, but I can't recall Bader hitting many balls to the right side  or fly balls for that matter. There's a lot of guys like that who hit almost all their grounders to the pull side. It's probably a better chance to just swing to hit the ball hard.

I had high hopes for that ball Lewis hit off the bat.

But now DaShawn is my pick to click!

The enthusiasm is palpable
