You need to develop players for the season not just one game. LOL, Maybe-maybe-maybe - LOL
David HK Verified Member Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Had to check out the farm just now- Don't worry, help is on the way! Royce 0-4 with 3 Ks. Varland, Winder and Jackson all got hammered by the Red Wings. And woof, Wallner putting up Kyle Farmer numbers. Martin-Lewis combined 0-6. But at least in upstate NY, they can still make their gig at Grossinger's on time! 😅 Tlaker and RpR 1 1
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Twins starting pitcher tonight has been scuffling of late, while the Astros' starter had yet to have a bad start. So naturally, I tune in now and find our Twins leading, what, 5-1? Because of course! You can sum up baseball in one word, and that word is "you never know". -- whose quote is this? Actually no he doesn't play every day, he has played 10 complete games in the month of May and only starts against RH pitching. Yes he needs to do better at the plate but would consistent playing time help, we will never know under Rocco. Parfigliano 1

Twins_Fan_in_NJ Verified Member Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 Really curious to see if the Twins trust Castro enough at 2B to keep Miranda up when Royce gets back.
David HK Verified Member Posted June 1, 2024 Posted June 1, 2024 I'm gonna go ahead and replace Pablo Day with Pablo Day. He's done the job we needed with the bullpen as gassed as it is. Up to Staumont and Okert to close this one out if they can. glunn, Parfigliano and Patzky 3
