My bet is they will tank, but not as bad as last year. Stanton and Judge's brittle bodies will both snap somewhere, and be out indefinitely. Torres will regress to last year.... This is all on the Twins, this series.

 DaShawn Keirsey went 2-for-3 with a walk. He stole his 11th base. That accounted for half of the Saints hits.

Not for nothing, but the crap has certainly stuck to the wall in this series especially when it comes to outfield play. Yankees have scored 14 runs and were gifted probably more than half by Castro, Kirilloff and Martin

They should option down to AAA Kirloff and bring up Kiersey from AAA. Alex needs to rediscover his swing. Margot I would DFA him. Twins will not drop Margot because of his salary.  Kirloff chasing everything now.

Like I said before, the Twins' 44-119 record against the Yankee$ since '02 is the Pohlad family's fault. 

You want to know why? They don't spend big money on free agents like the Yankees and Dodgers do.

So, blame it on the Pohlads for being stingy on free agents, and Manfred for not installing a salary cap so we (and other small-market teams) can be competitive with the large-market clubs.

In the meantime, can't wait until the new City Connect jerseys debut...tomorrow, the Guardians (Twins' next opponent) wear their new CC jerseys!
