Benintendi was pretty much fooled by a change up. I don’t think I would call it a cookie. Witt hit the ball hard.

Uncatchable. It was a frozen rope that was over Gordon's head and landed right at the base of the wall - between the dirt and the padding. Just kinda stuck and died there.

What are the roster rules about unvaccinated players who can't go to Canada? Can they be replaced? Or does a team play short for those three games? Or do they have to make other roster adjustments including waiting time for anyone put on the IL or sent down? I wonder if the Twins are arranging their rotation for next week with this in mind?

Player is put on restricted and doesn’t get paid. He can be replaced on the roster.

I think there is something wrong with Kepler. He played the ball hit by Merrifield poorly as well.

Twins batting coach is a real joke.    I'm not that impressed with the Twins batting coach.  Twins need to get James Rowson back next season.
