I'm on my last year of MLBTV.com, as Twins games are blacked out. I will watch some after they are over, but WHY can I watch it live on YouTube free today???

YouTube bought the national broadcast rights to some games and is making them available for free on their platform.

 

Just like how Fox buys the rights for their Saturday "game of the week" and World Series games, and makes them available on their over-the-air broadcast stations.
