TFRazor Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Maybe we can get to their bullpen.. Not that we did yesterday of course
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Screwed by the guessing human. They just don't mean to be so wrong so often, they just are.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Author Posted September 30, 2020 I know that that pitch is off the plate, but Jeffers has been behind the plate all day. He has to know that pitch has been getting called a strike
Foghorn Leghorn Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Team continues to shrink as moment gets bigger and bigger...swing the bat.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Screwed by the guessing human. The just don't mean to be so wrong so often, they just are. Stop it.
Otto von Ballpark Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Rocco's gotta pinch hit Garver for Jeffers!
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Gotta swing the bat. Too close to take. Berrios has been getting those types of pitches all day.yep, catcher should know that
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Geez these umps are inconsistent, Batters need to take it out of the umps hands, and quit trying to be Perfect
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Screwed by the guessing human. The just don't mean to be so wrong so often, they just are.that’s been a strike all day
dex8425 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 That pitch is off but Berrios has been getting that call. Hard to score runs if you don't swing the bat.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I can’t believe I left work early again for this haha
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 so will this start the parade of bad decisions by Rocco? Twins had to get the runner to 2nd. so why wasn't Jeffers bunting. Instead, he strikes out...the Twins favorite AB. Next, will be sit Berrios after 5 innings? Is there anyone in the pen who can do a better job at least for another inning? But more important, Twins needed that runner in scoring position with two shots to bring him in...especially with a contact hitter up next. Not a productive AB for Jeffers.
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I don’t want to pull Berrios. But if you’re going to use Odo in the pen, isn’t this the time to do it?
Otto von Ballpark Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Former Twin (sort of) Brooks Raley!
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Former Twin Brooks Raley?
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I can’t believe I left work early again for this hahaThe trick is to stay at work and double up your misery.
T_J Provisional Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Is it bad that I haven't yelled at my TV once today? Maybe apathy is setting in.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Analytics may get you the playoffs, but it won't win you the playoffs and the series. It may lose it for you, though.
Otto von Ballpark Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I can’t believe I left work early again for this hahaI wonder if some Twins are saying this right now too.
TFRazor Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I wonder if some Twins are saying this right now too. They'd have to go to work first
Otto von Ballpark Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Former Rochester Red Wing Brooks Raley, to be accurate.
h2oface Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 that’s been called a strike all day doesn't make it really a strike.....
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Come on, Luis Arraez, professional hitter. Get it done.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Former Rochester Red Wing Brooks Raley, to be accurate. That’s why I recognize the name.
Otto von Ballpark Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 They'd have to go to work first"Left work" in a seasonal context. Although I'm sure they punched the clock and did some stretching this morning too.
TFRazor Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Arraez has seen more pitches than the rest of the team combined
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 doesn't make it really a strike.....We should file a protest.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 A couple guys are trying to yell at the cardboard cutouts in the dugout
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 There you go, Luis. Yell at that ****ing dugout.
