In the future it’s going to be tough putting starting pitchers in the HOF. I don’t think leading the league in quality starts will impress anyone

Weed wacker on a riding lawn mower!

 

Does it reach beyond the mowing area? Do you use it while driving, and hence stear it into the weeds?

 

Or does it get an extra control arm to use while stationary and perhaps get locked in place for the former situation?

Arraez is no Buck, clearly, but he is not terribly slow and he did a great job sliding there.

 

On the replay I would say it was safe but unfortunately the ump said he was out and the situation not clear enough to overturn the call.

Sano is just the most frustrating player ever. For three weeks he can look as miserable as any player in the league but then he puts together ten days like this and all is forgotten... until his next 20 games.

When the light bulb is on for Sano, it's night and day. Either an easy out, or mashes everything in the strike zone. Always fun to watch when he's locked in, and we will need this version of him in the playoffs.

I don’t know what Cruz wants to do after his playing days. He can stay in the dugout as long as he wants to be associated with the game.
