Despite Marwin's streakiness at the plate, he does seem to have a clutch-factor to him.

Here's May again. Still not sold on this guy. Baldelli basically using him to see if this guy can stay on the roster when the Twins trade for bullpen talent? At this point it seems like he's being tested and the Twins are doing their best to take a look at / showcase his value. Maybe he's a potential trade piece going back somewhere?

I used to think Trevor May would develop into a star pitcher. He never developed enough command to get there. Twins should seriously consider getting rid of him. Live arm minus command equals not very good. See: Samuel Deduno.

May has had ZERO command of any of his pitches this year. Really frustrating because I think he has the stuff to be good, but my goodness...come on.

 

This entire inning is happening because he can't throw his breaking ball for a strike. Teams just sit fastball and crush it.

This bullpen has 1.5 trustworthy arms...Roger and a half of Harper (not ready to fully commit to him given his small sample size).

 

Honest to God, I just assume at this point that if any reliever other than Rogers enters the game in even a borderline high leverage spot, they will give up a run.  It's like clockwork.
