Hello everyone! Long time lurker, first time creating an account/commenting. Looking forward to the game today. Interesting move to see Tyler Austin batting 9th.

The past two days have taught me that the Royals are much better at losing baseball games than the Twins.

That is how you use a weapon like Buck, nice job rookie manager.

I wonder if Billy Hamilton will ever be able to get on base 30% of the time?

Perfect summary of his weird ability mismatch. It seems like a long time ago that he was posting .400 obp's in the low and mid-minors.

Stole second. Easily

Yup. Like the commentator said... everybody knew it was coming, and yet the results are the same.

If Buxton had debuted in the early 80's, we'd already be thinking about his chances of breaking Brock's record.

Well, I would, anyway.

I would have ran Eddie too with Willian up.  Take us out of the dp, because you know he's making contact. 2 DPs in a row for him...ouch.

Not afraid to pitch relievers in back to back innings.  Rode Rogers good yesterday and trying to get May to the finish line.

i'm going to go against my better judgement and like this team

The seemingly inevitable return of Gibson to Gibson-like futility in the 5th almost kept this from happening for me.

But something about the fun mix of plunk-magnet Cruz, Astudillo's one-man circus, Baldelli's unfolding influence, and everybody else seemingly forgetting that they sucked last year has made this waaay more interesting than I expected.

Baldy loves Parker for some reason.

Like the gardy bromance with Punto.
