At Chief's house:

 

Ham

mashed potatoes with ham gravy

candied carrots

corn (we froze ourself)

stuffing

fresh bread

a couple bottles of wine (I'm thinking a nice pinot)

homemade strawberry-rhubarb pie and hijinx with the grandkids for desert

 

we're trying to eat healthier now that we're getting on in age.

 

 

Did it hurt to freeze yourself? I'm kinda curious 'cause I've been thinking about cremation.

Tonight some of the kids came over for homemade Chili. As for tomorrow, I will have to go upstairs and see what is on the menu for tomorrow. It's sort of irrelevant after all these years. I will sit down and eat whatever it happens to be, and complement the chef with sincerity.
