At Chief's house:

 

Ham

mashed potatoes with ham gravy

candied carrots

corn (we froze ourself)

stuffing

fresh bread

a couple bottles of wine (I'm thinking a nice pinot)

homemade strawberry-rhubarb pie and hijinx with the grandkids for desert

 

we're trying to eat healthier now that we're getting on in age.

Sounds like a good time. Makes me wish the grandsons lived closer than the other side of the country.

Try "remove control panel, attempt repair, replace control panel, buy new dishwasher". .

I've done a control panel on a kenmore stove..  That was not bad.  Someone probably has done a youtube video that will show you how.

Are you from Duluth? My Grandparents lived there and my Mom went to school at UMD; so did my brother, for that matter.

I've actually given up...the controls are on the top (hidden when door is closed) and I can't find a video on removing it.
