Yeah, my wife and I have pretty much reached the point it isn't really food if I can't put it on the pellet grill. 

 

I've been doing ribs lately. Smoke for an hour, turn the heat up. 

 

Unreal how good stuff is off the pellet grill.

 

I'll be doing the ribeyes and potatoes on the pellet grill tomorrow, as a matter of fact.

I love Ribeyes... I was trying to talk my wife into Prime Rib but she says Ham is Easter Tradition. 

 

I assume it has something to do with the egg laying bunnies or something.
