I was in a Walgreens yesterday, when this duck walked up to the checkout counter with some chapstick.  The counterperson was a bit taken aback, but recovered enough to ask, "Cash or credit?"

 

"Neither," said the duck.  "Put it on my bill."

Silly Chief. Ducks don't get chapped bills.

No condo. We like the more classic look. Which surprises me, I thought we wanted condo until we lived in apartments again.....

 

Fixer upper is probably more affordable. Prices here are outrageous in the 'hoods we are looking at.

A couple good things about apartments:

If something breaks, you don't have to fix it! Just call your handy dandy maintenance professional.
