I hate to go out on a limb but I don't thimk the Twins are a playoff caliber team yet. 

But first place for a month or so was quite fun.

So, in the first two games against the team we're competing with for the lead in the AL central our starting pitchers have combined for 8 IN, 17 H, 7 BB, and 14 ER (15.75 ERA). It's hard to see the Twins staying in the race without doing something to improve the starting rotation.

We should, in all fairness, remember that if the Twins do lose game one, they'll be tied for first in the ALC.
