Just don't ask what the average speed of a swallow is.

I watch that clip every month or two and it still makes me smile.

Word to the wise, if you are going to try to do a bit involving an Ivy League school, at least spell it right

Fail!

Woulda worked better with "the brand spanking new Foshay Tower."

And Ash gets 'schooled' by Chief.

[Blake]

Honestly, Rollie Fingers is probably the coolest baseball player of all time.

I'm partial to Bill "Spaceman" Lee, myself.

[Squirrel]

I can pull my own finger just fine, thanks.

Just because you can doesn't mean you have to.

Great photo!

Yeah, he's right up there with Rollie.

Great photo!

The propeller beanie makes the outfit, I think. Sort of ties it all together.

[Jerr]

All right, time to play ball!!!!!!! In full sunshine!!!!!!!!

[Bark's Lounge]

And Ash gets 'schooled' by Chief.

I am not surprised. 900 extra years of experience and wisdom probably gives Chief the edge.

That's not taking anything away from Ash, he is old as hell too, just not "Chief" old.

[Jerr]

Ervin San.066ANA is about to be let loose!!!!!!!!

Yes, I almost said "or bring back the math" discussions, at least those were above the belt.

Enter the applied math zone...

Nope

[bighat]

Twins have hit Sale well for the past couple of years.  Ya never know, folks!

[crapforks]

I hope Gimenez isn't too tired to catch after pitching yesterday

[Pardon My Dinger]

The fellas in the booth might be getting a little carried away with this pitching matchup.

[spinowner]

*sigh*

[Bark's Lounge]

The Twins will win today. Plain and simple.

[Jham]

Welp... that was quick.

Same on radio and maybe Santana......breathe, Santana breathe.....

[Jerr]

[Pardon My Dinger]

This Ben Nintendo guy is starting to piss me off.

[Winston Smith]

I kind of wish Terry had passed on Tyler Jay and picked Benentendi instead.

[bighat]

WHAT IS HAPPENING.....so we lasted 2 innings before the game was over yesterday, now we're giving up a 3-0 lead to Sale before the Twins bat?  Not good.  The Red Sox aren't the Royals, apparently.

[Jham]

Erv warned that he struggled in his last outing despite the results.

[jimmer]

That pitch was thrown right in Benitendi's hot zone.

[John Kelsey]

Kind of?

[PDX Twin]

Looks like the *real* Twins are back. It was nice to watch the imposters for a month, though.

[spinowner]

I look away for two minutes and...what?????

[Circus Boy]

That and a cool baseball name.

And I have a beautiful major league baseball signed: Rollie Fingers HOF.

He didn't ask me to pull his fingers.
