Better Call Saul is the best show on television.  And the fact it's a prequel makes that even more amazing.

Better than Fargo?  Better than GOT? Hmmmm

GOT is more entertaining and Fargo's first two seasons were amazing...but damned if Better Call Saul doesn't keep getting better.

The Expanse objects to your brazen statement presented as fact.

Heh, well the only fact I was conveying in that post was that Saul is a prequel.  But it is also objectively the best show going.  (I really need to start The Expanse)

If anyone dug Breaking Bad and feared this wouldn't hold up, they should reconsider.

I haven't watched Saul yet, just wanted to rib you a bit.

But seriously, check out The Expanse. It's sooooooo good.

This is the correct answer.

I have time to binge this weekend and I plan to. Especially since Groening’s new show isn’t getting well reviewed.

You should, it's fantastic.

And I hate you, because I've been losing at least an hour of sleep the last few nights.

"Just one more episode, it'll be fine..."

Iron Fist season 2 is as good as season 1 was bad.

The first season tried way too hard to incorporate too many things into one season - the back story, the reunification with family, the love story, etc...

The second season had really one distinct focus, and it was much better because of that, in my opinion.

Anyone watch any of the new network shows? I don't think we've even turned on network tv, other than golf this fall....

There's only one new network show I'm interested in checking out and I didn't watch it yet. A Million Little Things.

I just don’t watch a lot of TV. But I may use In Demand to check out the pilots of every new show ... just to do it.

I am curious to see how Murphy Brown has ages. I liked the original.

I really enjoyed the Netflix show Maniac. It's weird, but really stylish and moving.

Manhunter on Netflix is great too. Can't wait for season 2

It's worth rewatching a few if for no other reason than to remember how far it pushed the envelope of social issues in its day. Beyond that, since you liked then you'll probably still enjoy it now. Good writing is good writing, and holds up considerably better than hair styles.

omg ... they are doing a re-boot of Buffy! Hope it's just as good as the original! If it is, that will definitely be something to watch.

I'm looking forward to Good Omens next year.....best cast ever. And Gaiman is the writer/runner, so any changes should still be good.

Holy crap! How am I only hearing of this now?

Sheen and Tenant...this will be a must watch.

Am I the only one who doesn’t get the love for The Good Place?

It’s a show I want to love but the character chemistry is so inferior and awkward to Parks & Rec that I struggle to care much about it. It's a fine show but I don't get why people are raving about it.

I just finished the second season on Netflix.    I thought it had some funny moments at first, and then once I got into it I thought it was pretty funny and original, but then the concept started to wear thin and I am luke-warm about whether to try and watch season 3.     It is a show seems to be a bit too focused on "look how clever and out there we are".    There are also "character growth" moments that don't really seem earned or true to the characters.    This is a good example of a show that should have just had a limited ten to 15 episode run.

I do think the cast is talented and have had some funny moments, but now their actions have gotten a bit repetitive.

That's network TV for you... I really enjoyed the show at first, but then it started to become the same problem/resolution week after week.
