Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 I wish I didn't hate his political junk as much as I do, because bob costas calls a great ball game. Mlb network has him doing some games
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Well, I guess that was a good answer inning. The answer was just a deafening NO
ashbury Verified Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 It's probably my fault. I checked in, saw it was 4-1, and figured so far, so good. Didn't realize I'd brought bad fortune with me... learned today that a teacher I like was nearly hounded out of school this year by some unruly 8th graders, and my barber's wife has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. So Nolasco picked a bad day to give up giving up runs, apparently.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Chris parmelee: 3/4 tonight and just hit a 2 run HR
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 I'm too lazy to go look...does anyone know the most consecutive innings the Twins have held the lead this year? It can't be much.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Chris parmelee: 3/4 tonight and just hit a 2 run HRThat should generate 3 or 4 threads on TD before morning.

LaBombo Verified Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 I'm too lazy to go look...does anyone know the most consecutive innings the Twins have held the lead this year? Yes. Edit: Just to clarify, it's not me. But someone knows, and it's probably the same silly son of a beach who came up with the statoid that the Twins have trailed in every game played on a day that ends with a y 'why', as in "I just watched all 9 innings of another crappy Twins game. Why?"

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 That should generate 3 or 4 threads on TD before morning.Swarzak pitched tonight too. 1 2/3 IP, 0 R, 2 K
bird Verified Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Just got here. Came for the thread but am staying for the music suggestions. Four tunes mentioned, all worthy enough to already occupy shelf space in my Spotify library. Great taste, people! Don't know if I'll stick around until Closing Time, but if I do, it'll be accompanied by tunes of that title by Lyle Lovett and my deep dark hero Leonard Cohen.
HitInAPinch Verified Member Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 11 pitches to Realmuto. Is there no one available in the bullpen?
