We had one dog who didn't realize thecat won't take any nonsense from a mere dog. After the cat chased the dog around the yard a couple of times (dog was yowling like a leg was being torn off) the dog decided that cat was best left alone.

Great point Mike... It's time to get back to our ROOTS here at Whine Line.... We've gone so far off the rails that I can't remember what made this radio show good! 

So here's some HOT Twins takes of the day: 

- Falvey and Co slow-playing their activity to please the past regime? When the new guys were hired, we were all THRILLED to have 2 young, analytical minds join the team. Maybe they would make faster decisions, and get the team turned around quickly! Well, since they joined, there's been minimal moves to address the roster.... Could it be a request to work slowly by the guy formerly in charge?! Everyone, even beer vendors at sporting events, give the illusion that their job is harder than it really is..... Take it from me! Someone who drinks vodka and speaks into a microphone. If Falvey and Co. come in and starts making moves left and right, then the illusion is GONE! 

- Dave-Gate 2016: Everything associated with the Twins is losing money.... Jim Pohlad himself says that they'll be lucky to break even in 2017. Even our sacred Twins Daily is at risk... So Dave had a plan, you see? A plan to bring historic revenues to Twins Daily, and for the moderators to capture this treasure. Dave and the moderators came together to discuss a plan to bring everyone back to Twins Daily, and generate enough views on a forum to make them all rich! In order to bring credibility to the thread, he said a "source" confirmed that a Dozier trade was on the horizon. This was HUGE news! It brought everyone back to the site to refresh 1,000 times, and generate enormous amounts of money! 

We did some investigating of our own to determine who the mystery source was.... After tapping into Dave's phone, and reverse engineering the phone number of the source, we found who the culprit was... And that person, was ChiTown's DAD!

So you see, it was all in good fun. We turned the thread into a December game thread, Dave and the moderators cashed in, and we all learned more about the Dodgers' farm system than we would ever care to know.

Preach on man.  I've never understood why people willing choose the drool soaked, attention seeking morons for companions over the independent, laid back, on my own time kind.  I certainly try not to associate with people that slobber on me and need to be trained just to accomplish "not obnoxious"
