Okay; hope that's it … plus his young family I'm sure takes much of his time. Just wish he had said something, anything, when I texted him, but maybe it's just weird getting text messages from an old lady ;)

I don't like hearing that he didn't text you back, but hopefully all is well with him and his kin, and he's just too busy to explain how busy he is.

You guys are weird and off topic. OldLadyTwinsFan was my username on BYTO. The only two older than me were Chief and Hawkiconk.

Yeah, no kidding. Trolpo and Fro were the biggest losses of the migration.

 

I seem to remember Fro posting over at vikingsmessageboard.com.  Perhaps someone could reach out to him there.

I was there from the beginning of BYTO and back to the ESPN board days. User names ranged from sampat2 on espn to MTtwinsfan34 on BYTO.  I'm glad there are some left!

I lurk about from time to time.  I think I created an account here under Killebrew, but I can't access it.  I can confirm that my email is in the system, but when I go through the on-site recovery process to send information to that email address I get nothing.

I miss MNrob, though his cray-cray was the old ESPN boards.

 

I see Dave on Facebook with a few other BYTO posters. Though I have forgotten which Facebook person is Levi and which is Pseudofool. :(

I'm still here on occasion.  TD is great and has excellent content.  Kudos to Brock and the rest of the guys in charge.  But yeah, not the same as the BYTO or the old ESPN boards.  Still friends on Facebook with a number of you.  Hard to believe that some of us were posting there about 14-15 years ago!  Miss reading posts from Ofx, AJ, Klobs, Jwescott, Statfreak, among others, and of course TROLPO, Ron_Gardenhire, MNRob77, Justanotherfan, and itstimetotakeit. 

 

And I don't care if he doesn't think it was relevant to the topic, I still enjoyed that show from the Beatles tribute band I saw!

Oh man, Ron_Gardenhire, that dude had some great stories. AJ got banned in the early days here for making a Dostoevsky joke.

DWade isn't around much any more as well which is a bummer, he always had some good takes.
