Seems like everyone should be pretty available. Even probably Yo-Go if necessary. They've used him three straight games earlier this season, but that was back when our bullpen was a hot mess. It could be that with more solid options and the off day tomorrow they just put Gomez off limits and give him two full days of rest.

Nance collecting dust is a little odd (especially on Saturday). I think I'd rather see Rojas up for the road trip and plan for Prielipp to only go 4 innings on Friday and Rojas go 2-3 innings.

Taj Bradley bounce-back game incoming! I wanna see some TB swagger on the mound today.

It feels like a great day for a sweep to me. The last home sweep against Detroit back in April seems like a lifetime ago.

It was if you're a cicada.

If we lean on Adams hard today you'll probably see just that.

Twins need to put their best line-up on the field today (as they have the first two games). Shelton needs to send a clear message to the team that we're in the home-stretch & need all hands on deck for a sweep today & final push the rest of the year. None of this "getaway day" line-up nonsense. Put your best players out there & let's keep our foot on the gas.

100%. To his credit, he's managed to me the past two like a guy who knows what's at stake. I expect (no, demand!) the team plays with piss and vinegar today. To head to San Diego just 2 games under .500 after the Philly series would be massive.

No Jeffers today, but other than that I like today's lineup. I think it is okay to give Jeffers an occasional day off with him still recovering from the hamate bone injury. I love seeing Keaschall finding a home in the leadoff spot.

No Jeffers today,--  so 2 days off -thurs- also when it looks like he is finding a groove -  dont like it

I know he usually doesn't play a day game after a night game but he should not be worn down with the time missed due to the injury.  And with the day off tomorrow I don't understand why he couldn't be in the lineup today.  The only good news is we have a viable pinch hot option on the bench.

In the last 30 days, Alex Jackson is hitting .333 (4 for 12). If he had enough at-bats to qualify that would put him 5th in the American league in that stretch. His average on the season (.303) would put him top 10 in all of baseball. Just saying. 😀

Yeah, I was kinda hoping he got the start today. Alas...

I really wanna play hooky this afternoon and watch this game live. Y'all have fun without me! Here's hoping I have something fun to watch on replay later today.
