This team mystifies me - can’t beat the Royals or the Tigers, below us in the standings, instead come back to beat a team that’s now 38-30…

While the challenge system is better, it is still inadequate and inferior to total automation.

No matter how hot Buxton can be, the K formula is to sucker him an outside slider/sweeper.

I still like the challenge system.  Gives an added suspense to the game.  It also has substantially cut down on arguing balls and strikes with the ump.  Aaron Boone still seems to be the only manager still silly enough to do that.  My other reason is the way they are using ABS right now.  It measures at the middle of the plate and is not 3D.  Some of these really close calls likely are actual strikes, but since it didn't pass over the plate where it is being measured, it is called a ball.  If they improve the technology to 3D, then I may change my mind and want full ABS.

Jamie Cameron:

The #MNTwins are promoting outfield prospect Kyler Fedko.

Fedko, 26, is hitting .286/.372/.578 (138 wRC+), with 15 home runs (28 XHB) in 58 games for AAA St. Paul.

I hope they actually play him and give him some runway.

Fedko. Fedko.  He is not a pitcher.  That means Lawrence will still be on the team when they travel to Texas.  Now the question is who is getting sent down or out of town.

Start him multiple games in a row.

With the way he’s playing today, I’m aiming to get all the way up to Mega Church levels - gonna get myself a yacht and a private plane!

Don't forget to recruit some groupies.

a lot of people have been saying they want this and that the team would be dumb not to do this, myself included, so this is either going to be a really fun success story or a lot of people are going to feel real dumb

He didn't get a good read.

Kriedler went back to the bag on that play, Buck was almost to third with Kriedler in a tag up position, so I would say on that one, it was Kriedler that didn't get the good read on the play. Didn't matter in the end.

Twins are calling up Kyler Fedko. Orlando Arcia was DFA’d.

AARRRGGG, who is going to be the ninth inning defense insurance without Arcia.😵‍💫😨

I hate to say it, but Gray's glove is great at times, but I think the ghost of Julien still haunts the field as there are too many boneheaded plays from a dude who should not do that.

Gray now has 8 errors, but then he may a bat only guy that some here are infatuated with.
