Still better than the putrid level that Matt Wallner is hitting at. Why is Wallner getting a free pass from the front office. OvertheHill Verified Member Posted July 27, 2025 Posted July 27, 2025 Wallner’s at bats just aren’t even “competitive “ most of time. Tonight: strikes out 3 pitches, 2 pop outs in the infield. Sure, occasionally connects but is apparently only looking for one thing. If that one pitch in that one location isn’t there, he’s completely neutralized. Why does this kind of stuff continue to happen with this team? Patzky, USAFChief, RpR and 3 others 4 2

thelanges5 Verified Member Posted July 27, 2025 Posted July 27, 2025 Getting blown out at home by the Nationals. With Abrams and Woods a combined one for seven. Great effort, Twins! glunn 1

OvertheHill Verified Member Posted July 27, 2025 Posted July 27, 2025 I really miss the Nelson Cruz days. When you put a guy in the DH position in the batting order because, you know, he was a decent hitter. Patzky, glunn, h2oface and 2 others 5
