Removing your top OBP guy from last year who is due to come up 2 more times for an underwhelming righty to come into the game and lay down a first pitch bunt…with the bases loaded…and 2 outs.

I try to like Rocco but pinch hitting for your lead off hitter in the 4th inning is ridiculous.   He does it almost every time.

Rocco has zero feel for the game. He goes into it with his mind already made up - he was pinch hitting for Julien the moment a lefty came in.

People saw the 3 2/3 innings Paddack threw in the playoffs last year and actually auto-penciled him into the rotation.

Paddack as a fourth starter, there's nothing wrong with it. The problem is, you already have 4th starters in Ryan and Ober and a fringe 5th starter in Varland. Oh, and a line up that has scored 11 runs thus far. Good times.
