Kepler still on the team. Sigh. And yes, I'm going to keep complaining. Apologies up front.

You wouldn’t be you if you didn’t complain.

Kepler, Kepler, he's our man, if he can't do it, Wallner sure as heck can't.

It is certainly possible that Wallner can't, but we know Kepler can't.

Where is Jake Cave when we need him

Maybe they can trade Wallner for Billy Hamilton.

And I'm pulling for Miranda. I know everything isn't "fixed" but I'd like to see him get some confidence back - I'm not ready to write him off yet but this is a great chance to show something.

Truth! No way he should be written off after the last two years. Here's hoping he makes some good adjustments and succeeds this time.

The Royals just won a series against the Dodgers and looking like a better team than they were when these teams met previously.

Twins just won a series with the Orioles who have a better record than the Dodgers.....

And the Royals have a worse record than the Twins, Dodgers, and Orioles......?

Comparison is the theif of joy.

Teddy Roosevelt.

It's one of the root causes of unhappiness according to many philosophies, and I agree with them on that.

Hopefully Joe can get off to a better start than in the ATL game.  He didn't locate many pitches well, which was the exact opposite than he did in his previous start with the CGSO.   Hopefully being back at home he can turn it back around.

If he doesn't hit his spots better with his FB than the last time out...they better get the women and children out of the front rows in the bleachers and the overhang.

I'd be willing to bet a large sum of imaginary money that facing this dog**** Royals lineup will yield much better results.

Lewis out at least six weeks.....another blow. Sigh. dude seems like a well above average player when healthy.

Damn that's a big blow.  Here's hoping Miranda can take advantage of the opportunity.

"likely out 6 weeks" is what the Dan Hayes tweet said, so, I guess we could get lucky with an injury for a change....

I've spent the last three years praising the progress by this FO. This is the year I decided I was wrong.

I don't think you were wrong. This front office completely updated this Studebaker of a franchise and has done some good things. Maybe not good enough though as even the optimistic types have had enough. This slow reacting group has their backs against the wall.
