So Varland is pitching on three days rest. But the Twins need a starter tomorrow? We can definitely change out Sands and probably Sanchez.

The AL Central is not the AL East. No matter what your level of pessimism or depression with the Twins is currently, there are still six games left against both Chicago and Cleveland. There is, against all odds, still time left to find a winning streak. There may not be any reason to believe that can happen based on the evidence of the year thus far, but it can happen.

I think the Vikings are like 6th in all time winning percentage across the league. Their failures have been from choking, not from lack of trying, making moves or spending money

And I vividly remember every one of them except 87. They were all horrendously painful. 09 probably the worst because that team would have won the super bowl. Not sure about 98
