You mean center cut 90mph fastballs won’t get the job done?

Pulled with 80 pitches thrown. Guess there won’t be any learning done tonight

Pitching well, pull him at 80 pitches. Last game not so well..... leave him in to suffer for 110. Makes so sense to me at all. Give him a chance to get out of this. Thielbar will let them score with the first batter too often anyway.

Don’t say that, now he’s going to start trashing Jeffers

I do not have to, defensive numbers speak for them selves.

HORRIBLE throw by Gordon. Got lucky he didn't run.

Even though his dad played, he’s no Ken Griffey Jr

No, I'll take Jeffers 10 times out of 10 over Sanchez.  Sanchez is really bad.  I wouldn't let Sanchez catch a little league game.

I thought the same thing. I decided I’m better off not knowing

Checking the score during commercial breaks of Better Call Saul. Glad to see we’re winning. Of course Joe Ryan pulled at 80 pitches. God forbid he throws another pitch after that.

80 is the new 120 for this organization

He had runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out. The Royals probably would have plated both if they left him. This time I think it was the right move

We have no way of knowing of what would have happened.  But he struck out his last batter, it didn't look like he was running on fumes.

Sadly a goodly number of Twins players that have good bat, are not good fielders.

Which would be okay, except these pitchers implode at 40 pitches.

Yeah I’m sure he can throw 90 mph fastballs all night.

If you are almost never allowed to stretch past 80, then how would we ever know if they can consistently pitch beyond that?

Yeah his last three fastballs were 92, 93 and 94, yep he was really losing his velocity quickly.
