RickOShea Verified Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Yeah, I'm not even going to attempt to think I know better. My baseball went up to my soph year. The guys running the show will forget more than I will ever know. I know a sit down with someone in MLB front office would school any one. If you really seriously think your baseball acumen and IQ is equivalent, you're an idiot. (Unless you've had previous experience).

cHawk Community Moderator Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Someone tell the Twins that if they hit it where they ain’t they might score more often
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Gio is much better when the pitcher throws it into his swing

mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Not looking good to start the 9th, sanchez and our Power hitting r.f. aaaaat least we have a bench?
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 The BABIP gods are not friendly to us. Particularly Urshela. Hitting the ball 107 and 100 MPH with nothing to show for it.

Mortimerkenny21 Verified Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 J. Smith got him with the 85mph heater!
jkcarew Verified Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Ironically, the OF has been the least of our offensive issues tonight. When Kepler comes back, and if Buxton happens to be available…who’s the ‘every-day’ left fielder against right-handed pitchers?
ashbury Verified Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Time for Beckham to demonstrate AAA wasn't a fluke.
Rosterman Verified Member Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 Why was Jax pitching? Why? Why?

I’m guessing a whole lot of Gordon from here on out. In left (and center probably). Huge opportunity for him…regardless of his future in MN.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted August 3, 2022 Posted August 3, 2022 We could've used some old school RBI tonight.
