Who makes this decision and who makes that decision.  Are that many of the posters made privvy to the Twins' hierarchy's of decision.  Sick and tired of those spewing things as fact, when they don't have a credible clue.

Who’s questioning anything? Bundy needed to come out when he did. Cotton gives up a bomb and smith implodes plus bad defense. No rocco blame here

Using Smith in the 6th inning with a lead is the perfect circumstance for the Twins. He had been good pretty much all year (he had declined lately, but still one of the better options). He just didn't get the job done tonight, and the defense is partly to blame for that. 

 

Rocco has made good decisions tonight. The only questionable decision he's made is sending Bundy out for the 5th, but it was a 7-3 game at the time. Completely justifiable.

Smith had some extreme babip luck to start the season, but that was never trustworthy and almost certainly not sustainable.
