I wouldn't move Arraez, Kiriloff, or Larnach (unless the return is obscene).  Other than that?  Absolutely.  I have no interest in half measures.  Either win 90+ or lose 90+--doing anything else is completely unacceptable.

It is hard to see any reason to keep any player not signed or "controlled" past this year on the roster at the deadline. Deal them all. Get whatever you can.......

It is hard to see a few that are signed on the team ....

Unless the minors are better than they look, it is hard to see competitiveness next year.....

I'd call up any RP that they believe in, and get them experience this year. In a month or so, I'd call up any SP to get them experience. I'd call Jeffers back up any time, Rortverdt isn't likely to hit.

Scorched earth at the deadline and off-season. Bad part is the minors look just as barren as the current guys on the big club. New coaching staff as well. Can’t let the young kids be poisoned by whatever it is that’s infected the roster

We are now the worst team in baseball - both in record and what we have seen on the field.    Who has done less with more.

Time for some heat from writers/bloggers/beat reporters on the front office, Rocco, Wes Johnson, and the hitting coach. A team simply cannot regress this hard 35 games into the season with no heat on them. I don't think Rocco should be fired, nor should anyone in the front office, but I do think a change, especially on the hitting side of things, would be welcome. The Mets fired their beloved hitting coach after not getting the results they wanted. The Twins coaches should not be immune to this. I've said it the past few days, maybe even weeks, but this team simply isn't very good. Almost every single player outside of Buxton, Cruz, Donaldson, and Polanco as of late has regressed. Time for someone inside the organization to take some blame and accountability for things, and it starts with Rocco saying something other than "Yeah, these guys are really battling but aren't getting the results we want. It'll come around eventually." Show some fight. Please.

Best thing about this losing this day game is that we don't have to watch them lose tonight.  Get it over with and enjoy the evening.

Dakota Chalmers off to a rough first inning for Wichita tonight. Whatever disease the Twins pitching staff has, it seems to be communicable. Total System Pandemic, perhaps?
