[Aggies7]

Oh for FS

[FlauerPauer]

Wow.

[MNT1996]

Yeah? Who’s our equivalent of Corbin, Scherzer, and Strasburg in the rotation to make the historic run they did?

Well obviously Dobnak, Shoemaker, and Happ.

[FlauerPauer]

Is this 2014?

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

I like Staskak, but he’s still a season or two from being ready to take out of the oven.

[Mill1634]

Sigh. This is going as expected. Not scoring with bases loaded and no outs is pathetic. We don't deserve to be competitive pulling stunts like that

[Darius]

Well, the bullpen is has been tapped, signaling the end of this game.

[nicksaviking]

Rocco has a short leash with all his starters that had a full spring and a start to the season, but decides to let a guy go who hasn't pitched in a game for a month, see the lineup for a third time?

This dude went from great manager to making bonehead decisions on a game basis. I miss Phish too, but I'm coping!

Well to be fair, the alternative was going to the pen, which isn't winning him any managerial points either.

[FlauerPauer]

And then another in the dirt.. Clutch.

[Aggies7]

There should be zero comparisons to any team that’s won a World Series when we’ve lost 18 playoff games in a row

[nicksaviking]

Remember when the consensus was how shrewd the Twins were for signing Kepler, Sanó and Polanco to extensions?

I'm sure they got Dobnak right though.

[cHawk]

Stashak must be hurt

[Aggies7]

Stashak is not good.

[Danchat]

Our bullpen's strand rate must be like 20%. All inherited runners are basically guaranteed to score.

[FlauerPauer]

Eddie would've had that.

[cHawk]

Good play by Sano

[Mill1634]

MIGGY! Wow. Gold glove play right there

[jimbo92107]

Sometimes I wonder if there's something subconscious about bouncing a pitch with a runner on 3rd. Like a hidden cry for help, send me down, I'm not ready for all this pressure!

I'd be glad to help Cody Stashak with that, but I'm not Twins management.

[cHawk]

How can this lineup possibly be this bad?

[MNT1996]

Well that makes up for one of his Ks

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Sano!

Flashing the leather!

[nicksaviking]

Wow, that was unexpected!

I think Stahsak is saying I like the hotel on the other side of the river better.

[cHawk]

Yep. I knew it. Now Thorpe gets charged with both of those.

[Mill1634]

The Stashak we saw last year is long, long gone. Not a major league reliever right now.

[cHawk]

IDK why like 5 of our relievers all regressed massively at once.

And that was no ordinary bounce.

That was special.

Like those old Bird 'n' Magic Johnson commercials, off the dirt, off Garver's mask, into the camera well, nothing but net.

[nicksaviking]

Stashak is not good.

I don't know, looking at Fangraphs, he looks only slightly below average statistically.

Edit: Sorry forget that, I had the stats filtered only by Twins relievers.

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

I just don’t like that pitch call to Ibanez on the sac fly. Waving at sliders low and away, then a hard one up in the strike zone, catching too much of the zone.

Sano's diving stop keeps this game within striking distance. Twins need to show some fight and come back in this one, but I'm not holding my breath.
