Both are former Blue Jays who came to the Tigers in the David Price deal, so maybe Boyd has had a ride in Norris’ van.

These game threads are bipolar. I should know better than to show up in one after a couple losses; it's nothing but doom and gloom. 

 

This team is tied for fourth best win percentage in all of baseball. I get that the fact that the two teams they're tied with are in their division is frustrating, but "nothing special" is a ridiculous assessment. On a full-season pace, that's 101 wins. (And does anyone really think the White Sox are going to continue winning 9 out of every 10?)

 

Anyway, go Twins. I hope they win another one soon. I won't be hanging around here until after they do.

Is it really that ridiculous when you consider that they’ve had a total of 5 games this entire month against teams above .500? And all those games were with the Indians? The bar is set high after last season.

Yep, and only 5 times this month have they scored 5+ runs in a game. For a team with offense as a strength, it isn't very good.
