It's 57o and raining for the second day all day in Arizona and the game started too early and it's a boring game and it's a sluggish game and I'm bored and it's raining in Arizona all day for the second day so we need a hit a big fly a hit and a big fly and walk and another big fly and another big fly to get to 300 and then clinch and then win 100 wins and then on to the playoffs this game is boring and it's cold and it's raining

Was there any particular reason Gardy pulled Norris?

 

Gladden said Norris had a season goal for innings pitched and didn't want to exceed it. Health related apparently.

Dick and Roy don't think run differential means anything.

 

That's just ignorant. Run differential is extremely important. If you score more than you allow, you're bound to win a bunch of games...

 

There's a reason no playoff team has a negative run differential.

Twins haven't scored a run in 13 of the 14 innings this series. 

 

Very Twins-like. A well-timed bomba following a walk would be nice pretty darn soon here.
