adorduan Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 What would it take to permanently trade Bert for Kaat?I could listen to Kaat every game. Excellent.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 My vote is a hypocritical yes. Anyone asking me to work 162 days a year when (if) I’m 80 is going to get an earful. Bert doesn’t do half the games anymore.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Bert doesn’t do half the games anymore. He does about half a game every time he's there.
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Wow nice gameIt's great to be able to win that kind of game when it's called for.
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 They were actually a pleasure to listen to this series.Except for Remy's grating accent. (But, concur, on your actual point.)
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Hard to believe the heroes of the game are: Perez, Rosario and Astudillo. Concur. You left out Cave.

Blake Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Concur. You left out Cave.I just checked, I don't think so....
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 I hope we win.As expected.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Aw... I need to watch it again at some point, but i am pretty sure a scene change follows the line "Hey inigo, i hope we win."And the next line is a something like "You don't seem to excited, my little pet."
DocBauer Old-Timey Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Hard to believe the heroes of the game are: Perez, Cave, Rosario and Astudillo. Yes. But except for a horrible recent start, Perez has looked an awful lately like the quality SP he was early in the season. Cave has been looking like the guy we saw last season. Healthy, Astudillo is a BALLPLAYER, and Eddie is...Eddie. Wow!
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Let's sweep Cleveland and get it down to 10!!!!!!!!Doesn't magic number count our wins and their losses, thus we reduce the number by 2 for every time we beat Cleveland?
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Cron kinda is a high GDP threat.A threat to the entire U.s. GDP, or just Minnesota's GDP?
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Lots of runs needed for Twins tonightPlease post this every game
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted September 6, 2019 Posted September 6, 2019 Devers still hasn’t touched home plate. Astudillo’s at bat, when he took the third pitch, it occurred to me that his plan (or instructions) were to take pitches until he got two strikes on him, knowing that he can always get a bat on the ball. It’s an approach that I wish Eddie would use sometimes as well—they’d both get a bunch of walks, and ultimately, more pitches to hit. Great AB, and great game-winning hit!
