Game Thread: Twins @ Brewers 7:10 PM CDT 8/13/2019

[Aggies7]

Annnnnnndddddddd, the Indians just tied the game in the bottom of the 9th

Couldn’t have happened more simultaneously, eh?

[wavedog]

And Cleveland has tying runner at 2nd no outs in 9th.

[S.]

Would've been nice if we had got some more pitching at the deadline. Everyone knew from day 1 that we were going to need more pitching.

[Darius]

It’s official. Baldelli is an awful manager.

[bighat]

And OMG Cleveland tied it with 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th on a Lindor double.

[tvagle]

Hat tip to MLBTR for the link

Vince Workman comes out of retirement to close for the BoSox

[jud6312]

Hard to believe old Ryno could make enough money in the indie leagues to keep replacing the doors that everyone was obviously knocking down.

Didn't even come out to defend his catcher when that interference call happened. Garver arguing and looking for support, Baldelli chewing seeds and sipping gatorade.

[sstolen]

Harper...please...

[mrtwinsfan]

lindor caught stealing 3rd - 1 out santana on deck ?????

[Krabby5]

Why isn’t Dyson pitching? Steal of a trade right there. Good to see Twin’s front office somehow stealing Dyson from the Giants.

2 outs Naquin had K'd earlier

[bighat]

Time to send Harper back to AAA and get him on the shuttle. The guy will have a nice story to tell his grandkids about his MLB days, but this little Disney movie's gone on long enough.

There's no reason Gaterol should not be in this bullpen.

[Krabby5]

can we call it a collapse yet?

I just call it Minnesota Sports.

Free baseball in Cleveland

Harper should never be trusted.

[mrtwinsfan]

Santana up 2 outs ,  stay tuned

[Jham]

How we gonna start a series in Milwaukee with no lefty to bring in and get yelich?

[Battle ur tail off]

Dang well Harpers luck has run out. There’s a reason no one else wanted him. Time to shelf him or use in low leverage situations. Twins pitching staff as a whole doing the very best they can to make sure we don’t make the playoffs.

[Friendly Guy]

Hello everyone! Rough first post here. This game finally broke me.

I despise his non-reactions and what i interpret as aloofness and the overall smugness of the front office thinking they are masterful baseball minds.

Cue the "but if you take out his worst 9 performances, he's one of the best relievers in the game" crowd.

That said, I totally agree with you.

Not...top of 10th 6-6

[Rosterman]

New Rule: Bullpen Arm, you put two batters on in an inning, no matter how many outs, you aare pulled. If runs score, you might be heading elsewhere.

Right? I’m sure there were plenty of injured pitchers out there to steal.

[Friendly Guy]

Is it too late to sign anyone to the bullpen!?

[Aggies7]

Did Eddie have to run really far for that foul? Seemed to either pull up or not give max effort

Cody Allen is available

Twins hitters will see Hader now. Tough.
