  1. I for one anyway, was NOT "worried" abt "losing" Ryan Fitzgerald. Nice guy...but, come on.
  2. How about thinking abt the individual player as a person beyond the commodity.? Its an honor...and a growth opportunity as a human being beyond their Twins exoerience. Relax friend...for you and me its a game
  3. Like him, but perhaps better to go young w this roster spot.
  4. Lot of opinions... in the end, "no one knows" Im planning to a be fan and know that being a fan is all I am. Management will do what they'll do and I will cheer on my team...managing expectations alongbtge way. We. Don't. Know.
  5. I like this post. Not overly anything but realistic. So so easy for knucklehead talk radio types to be critical, cynical and unimformed. (Because we really dont know)
  6. In the end, players will have to play. W'out enough players, this probably doesnt matter. And...we just dont know. We THINK we know. We dont. Most of the "candidates" were a bit "meh"...and not everyone would want this job.
  7. Seems like you "know" everything. A tip: Seasons over. There will be changes. There will always be criticism. Twins have some decentbpichung and thecrest is uncertain. The tip is that none of us really know whats going on and might be awful and it might be ok. Managing the expectations w our team or lswitch alliances to another and complain that its "someone's fault" when it doesnt work out. #KnuckleheadTalkRadioTypes
  8. I dont agree. Article points out system weakness and systemic failure. Rocco helped to make Buxton season among teams greatest ever Rocco didnt create roster situations w handfuls of players batting 240 or below. He didnt mess up Royce's swing, Royce did. Truth is that players didnt come through...some without capacity to fo so and others simply didnt. We all know he probably had to go...like Molitor a while back and others in the future..."gotta do "something"" right?
  9. Twins seem to collect thec4th or 5th outfielder, the "innings eating" serviceable reliever, the utility player that has a 235 b.a., a fill in here and there, good backup catcher that doesn't hit but is ok behind the plate, the other pitcher that was "good once"...etc. and then they all somehow end ip in the line up...and Twins have big LOB #s and cant seem to get the 3rd out when they need it. "ok" players are ok...when everyone is a "maybe" or has potential "upside but not yet" makes for a team that cant win games when they have a chance. Getting lucky is great... but it sucks wgen its your strategy. Go Twins...in '26
  10. Better than losing one. Might be enough right now. Play hard fellas!!
  11. Well said...and a look at that reliever list...OMG. We're relying Topa and Funderburk. Grim.Just grim.
  12. Uh...not going to work. Fans are fans...many...many want the entertainment, probably enoug to debunk your idea. Management will change when current owners are tired of being the owners. So far, they are only "sometime" not intersted. Attendance isnt going to call their cards. If it upsets you that much, find another team. Most middling teams in smaller cities have love/hate relationships with their wealthy citizens.
